Who is EHM
EHM is Elizabeth Hannah McKinnon – better known as Liz McKinnon - who’s been a prominent voice campaigning for Green Triangle issues for the past two decades.
Liz’s byline became well recognised across regional mast heads, working as a newspaper journalist and editor, during the 2000s, forging strong connections with government, which evolved into a role working as a political media advisor.
With background managing advocacy for local government, leading economic development and tourism portfolios, Liz has a broad understanding of the challenges facing regional communities.
As the founding CEO of the Green Triangle Forest Industries Hub, Liz formed strong relations across all tiers of government, supporting the attraction of generational investment for the sector.
This work attracted attention from the South Australian Government, with Liz recruited as the inaugural Cross Border Commissioner, acting as a united voice for cross border communities.
When not advocating for the region, you will find Liz running the midcourt for her beloved Dartmoor Giants netball team, hitting the trails with her Border Collie Buddy, or in the garden challenging her green thumb.
